This traditional bamboo wok scrubber is a design which has not changed in hundreds of years, dozens of strips of split bamboo are bound to a wooden handle, making a strong, effective brush. The long fibres are flexible, which the cut ends are stiff and abrasive allowing for scrubbing away the most stubborn of burnt on food.
Ideal for cleaning out carbon steel woks, griddle pans and more.
After use, we recommend using the built in loop to hang the scrubber to thoroughly dry. Do not leave to soak in water. As it is a natural product, over time it will wear and discolour. This is normal and not a fault.
IMPORTANT: Only for use on carbon steel or seasoned cast iron surfaces.
DO NOT USE ON NON-STICK SURFACES.
