The Culinar range of knives by Wusthof are a superb combination of quality and design. The Blade, bolster and tang are precision forged from a single blank of high carbon stainless steel, giving strength and durability, while the sculpted hollow stainless steel handle allows a firm comfortable and safe grip without adding excessive weight.
The high carbon content of the steel makes it hard, which means it can be honed to an incredible sharpness, and it will hold that edge well through the most demanding of use.
Perfectly balanced, the blade on every Culinar knife is laser controlled and tested during manufacture and the cutting edge is skilfully honed twice by hand.
As with all high quality knives we recommend that you do not put them in the dishwasher. All prices are in pounds sterling and include V.A.T. (UK sales tax) at the standard rate.
