The Capstan salt mill in clear acrylic stands at 140mm (5.5") high, allowing ample storage of salt and pepper. Suitable for use on the dining table and in kitchen, the see-through body means you\\'ll never unexpectedly run out of salt.

The CrushGrind mechanism is made using injection moulded ceramic technology. The mechanism is harder than steel, non corrosive, hygienic and non-oxidising. The mechanism is fully adjustable from coarse to fine and gives a consistent high yield. Suitable for salt, pepper and even whole dried herbs, spices or coffee beans, the coarseness of the grind is set on a ratchet mechanism, so it will not change as you grind. Each mill has an easy top filled design with no fiddly central spindle and no need to re-adjust the grinder every time you top up. The ceramic mechanism will not corrode with salt, or wear away like plastic.
