The Alligator consists of a grid of sharp, stainless steel blades, set 5mm apart. As you snap the jaws shut, the blades pass clean through the vegetable, leaving it perfectly sliced and, ready to slide in to your pan. Getting food from the Alligator to the pan is simply and mess free with the plastic container that clips on over the back of the blades.
The Alligator is especially suited to onions, simply peel, slice in half, and chomp. Finely chopped in seconds. All prices are in pounds sterling and include V.A.T. (UK sales tax) at the standard rate.
