Get maximum output and minimum mess with this hand operated flour sifter.
The sifter includes two meshes, one above the other for maximum output, and as you pull the spring loaded handle, two paddles rotate to force the flour through. The spring operated mechanism means that the flour sifter can be used one handed, leaving the other hand free to stir or fold in the sifted flour or to top up the sifter.
Much more efficient and less messy than using a traditional sieve.
