The fantastic Cuisinart Griddle and Grill really does do everything, it has powerful heating elements, a choice of ridged or flat non-stick cooking plates, and a floating hinge facility on the lid for paninis or extra thick steaks!
The lid can be locked to the handle and then opened right out flat to make a double sized griddle. With the lid closed the grill can be used as a panini press, the floating hinge allowing for any size of bread. Also with the lid closed it can be used as a contact grill, simultaneously cooking meat or vegetables from both sides.
The Cuisinart Griddle and Grill has a fat and grease draining system and is ideal for healthy cooking. Each grill plate is reversible, ridged on one side and flat on the other. Also included are two fat catching vessels and a specially designed scraper for cleaning in between the ridges.
All the removable parts are dishwasher safe. The main body of the grill is made from sturdy, durable and attractive brushed stainless steel, and the whole thing is guaranteed for five years.
