The Magimix Le Mini Plus is ideal for creating smaller dishes, and has a 1.7 litre shatterproof polycarbonate work bowl capable of kneeding 1lb of pastry or liquidising 1 1/10 pints of thick soup. The unique "Auto Select" 400Watt commercial grade induction motor automatically adjusts the power to provide a constant speed, giving professional control at your fingertips. All the parts have a three year guarantee, while the motor is guaranteed for an astonishing 12 years!

The Le Mini also has an integrated high performance mini processor with its own Sabatier blades- ideal for precise work it can fine chop 1 clove of garlic! or ideal for 1 person cooking or in preparing vinaigrettes or baby food.

The Le Mini also comes with a sabatier stainless steel master blade, reversible sabatier stainless steel slicing and grating disc, dough spatula, blade storage box, geared egg whisk and a Citrus press. A comprehensive instruction manual and 96 page illustrated recipe book is also included.
