With your own coffee mill you can grind only what you need there and then, ensuring your coffee is always at its freshest and best.

A burr mill consists of two grinding stones through which the coffee beans are fed from a hopper. The distance between the stones may be adjusted to provide different grades of ground coffee ? for espresso, filter or cafetier etc.

The huge advantage of a burr mill over rotary grinders is that the grind can be very accurately controlled and they work very fast so the coffee is not over heated ? which can cause it to go stale.

The Cuisinart Professional Burr Mill is a heavy duty machine with a stylish brushed stainless steel design. You can choose from 18 grind settings and the cup quantity selector will grind sufficient for your needs before automatically stopping. The hopper will hold up to 250g of beans.
