This Gerbera cutter is ideal for use with a range of edible and non-edible materials including; sugarpaste (rolled fondant), petal paste (gum paste), marzipan or craft clays. Create simple to produce flowers complete with detailed veining.

To obtain a finer finish, use a ball tool to soften the edges of the petals. The flowers can be used immediately or to create added interest, place into a small cup shape to dry. Complete the flowers using single or multiple layers. Can also be used to create daisies and sunflowers

The cutter can be dismantled for easy cleaning, and is not spring loaded.
