Icing colouring pens are a fast and easy way to write messages on icing and are also ideal for intricate detail.

These innovative double ended pens are like normal felt (or fibre) tipped pens but contain a special insert filled with the very latest "Food Ink" which allows the ink to flow smoothly through a standard chunky nib (2.5mm), right down to an extra fine 0.5mm nib.  The 2.5mm nib is perfect for writing or bold decorating and the 0.5mm nib is ideal for intricate details on flower petals or even for facial features on your sugar models. Much easier than using a brush! From spots of pollen to eyelashes the double ended decorating pen is a must for cake decorators, amateur or professional.

For best results, use icing colouring pens on dry icing such as Sugarpaste or royal icing. Fast and easy to use for busy mums or anyone who just doesn\\'t feel too confident about piping lettering.
