Cook like the professionals with this sturdy wok. The wok is made from thick 2.0mm catering grade carbon steel. Traditional wok seasoning allows high temperature, high performance cooking without the need for a non-stick coating. The extra long ergonomic wooden handles provide excellent grip and control, and is held to the wok with sturdy rivets for a long lasting joint.

A seasoned wok relies on a build up of burned on oil, which will be added to every time you cook to give a durable and long lasting finish. For best results, only use hot running water and a bamboo wok scrubber to clean the wok, avoid detergents, as they will damage the patina.

Available in 12" and 14" sizes.
