Although this wok has a super-flat base, the inside cooking surface is round, making stir-frying a joy! It is closest in cooking capability to a traditional cast iron karahi but with the added convenience of the SKK Titanium non stick surface. It has a long handle and a helper handle so moving it around even when full is effortless and safe. It features the signature super-tough non-stick surface that will take even metal utensils.

SKK pans are hand cast in aluminium for superb heat conduction and perfectly even heat distribution. The base is precision ground to ensure perfect flatness, and excellent performance. They are non-stick coated inside and out. On the inside the non-stick coating is embedded with a layer of titanium particles so you can use any metal utensils without fear. The non-stick surface is guaranteed for five years and the handles and lids are resistant to oven temperatures of 260°C.
