Silicone egg poachers are fun, practical and easy to use. Simply coat the inner mould with oil or butter, crack an egg inside and sit in a pan of boiling water. Replace the pan lid and let them poach to perfection (about three minutes will give you a runny yolk). Once ready, just turn the flexible moulds inside out to remove the poached egg.
This set of two Non-Stick Silicone Egg Poachers is made from FDA approved silicone. They are dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe.
With a heat resistance of up to 250ºC, the moulds can also be used for cooked desserts. But why stop there they are also great for opening the lids of jars!
Note: Sometimes the egg may stick slightly on the side of the poach pod. To ensure a clean release it can help to run a table knife round the edge of the egg before turning out. All prices are in pounds sterling and include V.A.T. (UK sales tax) at the standard rate.
