The pans have a slide out base, which seals perfectly during cooking, and can be simply pulled out with the cake once it is done.

The 8" pan is 3" deep and is great for flapjacks, fruitcakes, occassion and store cupboard cakes and actually, any cake you want to bake with square sides and sharp edges!

The Eyecatcher forms part of the Silverwood "Silver Anodised" bakeware range. "Silver Anodised" bakeware provides efficient and even heat conduction and distribution throughout the pan, resulting in excellent results and reduced cooking time. Anodised bakeware does not rust, blister or peel and the silver finish gives an easy release and clean surface.
