The pans have a slide out base, which seals perfectly during cooking, and can be simply pulled out with the cake once it is done.

The shallow 12" x 8" pan is 2" deep making it ideal for flapjacks or roulades.

The Eyecatcher forms part of the Silverwood "Silver Anodised" bakeware range. "Silver Anodised" bakeware provides efficient and even heat conduction and distribution throughout the pan, resulting in excellent results and reduced cooking time. Anodised bakeware does not rust, blister or peel and the silver finish gives an easy release and clean surface.
