The 12" x 10" x 3/4" is ideal for roasting large quantities vegetables to the ideal golden brown. The roasting trays are also useful for oven cooking small meat joints and letting the vegetables roast in the meat juice.

The Silverwood Hard Anodised Roasting Trays provide efficient and even heat conduction and distribution throughout the material, whilst the hard anodising makes the surface incredibly hard and suitable for heavy duty use. Hard anodising produces a harder-than-steel-finish which is ten times thicker than the film on silver anodising. Metal utensils such as whisks, spoons and spatulas can be used without damaging the surface, with care, it is even possible to cut on it! This toughness makes all hard anodised bakeware ideal for cutting and dividing on. Properly looked after hard anodised bakeware will last a life time
