The 12" x 10" x 1 1/2" is a fantastic size to roast medium meat joints or whole birds and letting the vegetables roast in the meat juice as well as stuffing balls and sausages. It is also great for lasagne as you can use a knife to directly cut and portion the meal from the tin without fear of damaging the tin.

Hard anodising produces a harder-than-steel-finish which is ten times thicker than the film on silver anodising. Metal utensils such as whisks, spoons and spatulas can be used without damaging the surface, with care, it is even possible to cut on it! This toughness makes all hard anodised bakeware ideal for cutting and dividing on. Properly looked after hard anodised bakeware will last a life time.

The Silverwood Hard Anodised Roasting Dish provides efficient and even heat conduction and distribution throughout the material, whilst the hard anodising makes the surface harder-than-steel and suitable for heavy duty use.
