This extremely thick Silverwood Heavy Duty Flat Griddle is hard anodised giving it a harder-than-steel surface finish. The griddle is Ideal for drop scones and pancakes.

Hard anodising produces a harder-than-steel-finish which is ten times thicker than the film on silver anodising Metal utensils such as whisks, spoons and spatulas can be used without damaging the surface, with care, it is even possible to cut on it! This toughness makes all hard anodised bakeware ideal for cutting and dividing on. Properly looked after hard anodised bakeware will last a life time.
