Ideal for a traditional fruit flan with sponge base, this pan is a convenient size, providing good fluted detail all around the outside. The Silverwood Sponge flan with raised base 8" is part of the Silverwood "Silver Anodised" bakeware range. "Silver Anodised" bakeware provides efficient and even heat conduction and distribution throughout the pan resulting in excellent results and reduced cooking time. Anodised bakeware does not rust, blister or peel and the silver finish gives an easy release and clean surface. An 8" sponge will serve approximatly four people.
