This good sized, silver anodised pan comes with a choice of bases, allowing you to create both continental or traditional sponge flans. The pan is 11" in diameter and the broad clean lines of the flutes ensure good clear detail.
"Silver Anodised" bakeware provides efficient and even heat conduction and distribution throughout the pan resulting in excellent results and reduced cooking time. Anodised bakeware does not rust, blister or peel and the silver finish gives an easy release and clean surface.
The 11" tin is the largest diameter we sell and the resulting sponge will make 8 good sized servings or 10-12 bitesize pieces.
