The 11" x 1.5" deep fluted flan with loose base is part of the Silverwood "Silver Anodised" bakeware range. "Silver Anodised" bakeware provides efficient and even heat conduction and distribution throughout the pan resulting in excellent results and reduced cooking time. Anodised bakeware does not rust, blister or peel and the silver finish gives an easy release and clean surface.

The 11" x 1.5" deep fluted flan with loose base is ideal for summer tarts, quiches and winter warmers. A 11" sweet tart makes an impressive centre piece for the dessert course, or a large quiche to satifsfy the hungery masses at a summer BBQ. Ideal for bake stalls in fetes, picnics in the sun and buffet lunches, the flan pan also makes a handy transport container for your tart or quiche once cooled.

For best results we recommend blind baking with baking beans.
