The 27cm x 2.5cm Silverwood continental flan with loose base is part of the Silverwood "Silver Anodised" bakeware range. "Silver Anodised" bakeware provides efficient and even heat conduction and distribution throughout the pan resulting in excellent results and reduced cooking time. Anodised bakeware does not rust, blister or peel and the silver finish gives an easy release and clean surface.
