The Silverwood Continental flan 9 cm x 1.5cm with loose bottom is part of the Silverwood "Silver Anodised" bakeware range. "Silver Anodised" bakeware provides efficient and even heat conduction and distribution throughout the pan resulting in excellent results and reduced cooking time. Anodised bakeware does not rust, blister or peel and the silver finish gives an easy release and clean surface.

The 9cm x 1.5cm continental flan is ideal for making diverse range of items from the humble cheese and tomato quiche, to the most delectable sweet tarts, the classic continental flan produces a delicate fluted edge and is a must for every kitchen.
