The Silverwood heavy duty 15.5" x 13.5" Rayburn Quality Baking Sheet, is part of the Silverwood "Silver Anodised" bakeware range and provides fantastic heat conduction and a superb base for cooking large items. This extra sturdy tray has been designed specifically to fit inside Rayburn ovens, it sits directly on the rails giving you a whole new shelf.
"Silver Anodised" bakeware provides efficient and even heat conduction and distribution throughout the pan leading to excellent results and reduced cooking time. Anodised bakeware does not rust, blister or peel and the silver finish gives an easy release and clean surface.The Silverwood Heavy Duty Baking Sheet is also an excellent way of supporting silicone moulds, and because baking sheet will channel heat into any tin placed on top it can reduce the need for blind baking of tarts and flans.
