This10" x 8", Heavy Duty Biscuit Tray is part of the Silverwood "Silver Anodised" bakeware range. It provides excellent heat conduction reducing cooking time and does not bend or buckle in the oven. "Silver Anodised" bakeware provides efficient and even heat conduction and distribution throughout the pan leading to excellent results and reduced cooking time. Anodised bakeware does not rust, blister or peel and the silver finish gives an easy release and clean surface.

The 10" x 8" tray is ideal for small scale cooking without compromise on quality or results. The tray is also handy for improving the performance of other dishes, for example, a pie or lasagne dish sitting on the silverwood tray will benefit from extra heat channelled into the base, while at the same time any drips will be caught.
