The Juicy Salif lemon squeezer, designed by Philippe Starck in 1990 is perhaps the one of the most instantly recognisable pieces ever to come out of Alessi. Hailed the world over as a superb example of form and function perfectly matched, Juicy Salif is as good at getting the juice out of lemons as it is at starting conversations.
Part of the miniature range by Alessi, the miniature Juicy Salif is a perfect copy of the original but measuring just 11.5cm tall.
The only design compromise in the miniature is that it made from stainless steel as opposed to the original aluminium, and this is mainly so that the miniature legs are strong enough!
