SKK Premium Plus - Titanium Reinforced

The beauty of the SKK Premium Plus titanium reinforced pans is that they are so versatile! These superb pans are hand cast in aluminium for superb heat conduction. The thick aluminium body results in perfectly even heat distribution. The base is precision ground to ensure perfect flatness, and excellent performance whether used on a hotplate, halogen, ceramic or gas hob. They are non-stick coated inside and out, and so a doddle to clean. On the inside the non-stick coating is embedded with a layer of titanium particles. Because titanium is much harder that stainless steel, you can use any implement including metal in an SKK Titanium pan, whether you are whisking to obtain a smooth sauce, or simply using a metal spatula to remove a fried egg. How many other non-stick surfaces are guaranteed for five years? The handles on these pans are made of phenolic plastic and resistant to oven temperatures of 260°C.
